As it is now widely known, on March 19 at eight a.m., a man entered the Jewish school Hatora Ozar, in Toulouse, France. He killed a rabbi and his two children, then an eight years old little girl, by shooting her three times in the head after dragging her by the hair to place her in front of the camera he was carrying. These were the worst anti-Semitic acts committed on French soil for decades.
A mobilization across the country and a general mobilization against anti-Semitism was to be expected. The mobilization started quickly.
It was soon revealed that the killer who had just shot four Jews was the man who had murdered three French soldiers, including two Muslims, the week prior. All the commentators ferociously incriminated the « far right ». Anti-racist associations issued statements denouncing « fascist barbarity raising its ugly head again ».
Then it emerged that the man was a French Muslim who had traveled to the mountains of Afghanistan in order to train for jihad. The police found him, and eliminated him after a rough gunfight.
Mobilization ceased as rapidly as it had begun. Commentators no longer spoke of anti-Semitism. Anti-racist associations became silent. All attention focused on the killer, Mohamed Merah. He was presented as a « nice young man » by his neighbors, then as a « petty criminal » who inexplicably drifted, and finally as a « lone wolf » without any connection with terrorist movements.
It was gradually revealed that his older brother, Abdelkader, now in prison, had links with Islamists in Belgium and the United Kingdom, and organized networks helping young French Muslims join jihadi organizations in Iraq, Afghanistan and Pakistan.
It appeared that the killer, Mohamed Merah had been imprisoned in Afghanistan for planting bombs in Kandahar, and had been placed on the list of dangerous people to be monitored very closely by the security services of the United States.
It also appeared that he was under the supervision of the French Department of the Interior: which did not prevent him from obtaining an impressive arsenal, and killing several times without arousing immediate suspicions. As commentators and so many other people, the police initially followed the trail of the « extreme right ».
More information will emerge. The French mainstream media will reveal it, with obvious reluctance. Every time journalists speak or write about the case, they constantly point out that Mohamed Merah is « not really a Muslim », and that no one should forget that Islam is a « religion of peace ».
Anti-racist associations have broken their silence and call for vigilance against « racism » in general, and against the risk of « divisions ».
Nicolas Sarkozy has promised sanctions against French youth who go train in jihadi camps and those who visit websites praising jihad. Consequently, he was immediately described by almost all other political leaders as a dangerous man.
The worst anti-Semitic crime committed on French soil for decades is no longer described as an anti-Semitic crime by anyone, except Jews, and even Jews choose their words carefully. The assassin has justified his act by invoking the « suffering of Gaza's children », and that suffering is described by a growing number of journalists as a mitigating circumstance. When Richard Prasquier, president of CRIF (Representative Council of Jewish Institutions in France) wanted to say during a newscast that media would have to cease showing distorted images inciting hatred of Israel, the anchor immediately stopped him, saying, « this is a moment of meditation, not controversy ».
The fact that the murderer is a young French Muslim who turned to radical Islam and killed Jewish children only because they were Jewish is no longer evoked. The risk mentioned constantly on television, in newspapers, and in most political discourse is that fear could push people to « stigmatize Muslims », who run « the risk of being discriminated ». « The killer has nothing to do with the teachings of Islam », said Dalil Boubakeur, rector of the Great Mosque of Paris.
Almost nobody dares to say that dozens of young French Muslims go every year in jihadi training camps and follow exactly the same course as Mohamed Merah. How many of them are likely to act at one time or another?
Almost nobody dare to say that more than thirty mosques all over the country broadcast hateful remarks that, according to Boubakeur, have « nothing to do with the teachings of Islam », and that the same remarks are received daily by tens of thousands of Muslims in France through Al Djazeera. How many of them have the same ideas as Mohamed Merah and share his hatred of Jews and the West ?
Two thousand Jews leave France each year to settle in Israel, sometimes in Canada or the United States.
According to the National Bureau of Vigilance against Anti-Semitism (BNVCA) nearly four hundred physical attacks against Jews occurred in France in 2011. More than one a day. And Sammy Ghozlan, President of BNVCA, states that the number of attacks that have not been the subject of legal complaints is much higher.
All the attacks recorded by BNVCA were committed by Muslims. None was due to a member of a far-right movement. French laws forbid to publicly declare who exactly assaults Jews on French soil : those who do it risks prosecution and heavy fines.
In 2004, a report was commissioned by the government on « the Signs and Manifestations of Religious Affiliation in Educational Establishments »: the report (called the Obin report) showed a deep infiltration of radical Islam and hatred of the Jews in the vast majority of French schools. What it described was so alarming that the text was not initially disclosed. Since nothing was done to fight against what the report showed, one can easily deduce that eight years later, the situation has not improved. Jewish families withdraw their children from public schools to place them in Jewish private schools, where they become potential targets of Islamic extremists.
Jews in France equal five hundred thousand, and that number is decreasing. Muslims total more than six million, and for the most part, they are French citizens who exercise their voting rights.
Several radical Islamist organizations openly advocate jihad on French territory without interference. One of them, Forsane Alizza (Pride Riders), was banned by the French government at the end of February because it had started to form fighters on French soil. Officially, the organization disappeared, but its members are still active. Eighteen of them were arrested on March 30th. Most of them will probably be released.
From April 6th to 9th, the Congress of the French branch of the Muslim Brotherhood (UOIF) will take place in the city of Le Bourget, near Paris. Over one hundred thousand participants are expected. Six anti-Semitic Islamic preachers who were invited to speak were denied entry into France. Other anti-Semitic Islamic preachers will speak anyway : they are French. They cannot be expelled. They will not be condemned. The French government knows that if he condemned them, he might be confronted with riots in many suburbs. Every year, openly anti-Semitic books are on sale at the Congress of the UOIF, among them the Protocols of the Elders of Zion. It will be the same this year.
The question is not whether there will be another anti-Semitic murder in France, but rather: when will it happen again.
Jihad in France is just beginning.

Excellent wrap-up report by Guy Millière. With hindsight, the author provides a very insightful analysis of the situation in France. His lucidity is impressive as usual. Let’s hope, however, that his predictions will never ever materialise. It’s a real predicament those blind French and EU politicians have landed us in. To be sure, this blindness is costing us dearly. And, with the exception of the suicidal apeasement approach, there is no real remedy proposed on the campaign trail (both in the US and in France). How much longer shall we bear all this nightmare ?
True, that’s why there should be actions and not words anymore to protect french Jews who are in danger.
1- Us Jews should fund and buy weapons and firearms for french Jews to protect their schools, synagogues.
2- Military training should be organized for them abroad, when they come back they can protect themselves and their community.
3- Leathal force should be used if necessary, every attacker shot on the spot.
4- Armed and Jewish security guard should guard every Jewish school.
Sarkozy will unfortunately not be reelected, Hollande will be much softer towards the terrorists, and most of the French press and people hate the Jews and Israel anyway, so the situation will get worse unless the above ideas put into practice.
The other solution is Israel, a massive alyah of French Jews will amke Israel stronger, but not everyone will go.

D’où vient l’étendard noir des djihadistes?
Ansar Dine, le mouvement islamiste armé appuyé par Aqmi a hissé l’oriflamme du djihad sur le Nord du Mali. Quelle est l’origine de ce drapeau prisé par tous les «fous d’Allah» du Sahel aux confins de l’Asie mineure?
Il flotte depuis quelques jours sur Tombouctou (Nord du Mali). Il est noir et frappé d’un entrelac calligraphié en langue arabe de couleur blanche: la Chahada – la profession de foi en Islam, qui signifie «Il n’y a de divinité que Dieu et Mahomet est son messager».
Il représente avant tout l’oriflamme des djihadistes aux quatre coins du monde. Il se confond dans l’imaginaire occidental à celui des nihilistes, aux tenants d’attaques anarchique contre l’ordre établi, à la guerrilla. Ses origines historiques et symboliques plongent pourtant dans l’Islam médiéval où il était arboré par le califat combattant.
Bien que l’islam, du temps du Mahomet, n’ait été symbolisé par aucune couleur ni emblème particuliers, le vert – réminiscence du paradis verdoyant – est habituellement associée à la foi musulmane tout comme le croissant et l’étoile à cinq branches censée représenter ses cinq piliers.
Quelle est donc l’origine de l’étendard noir prisé par tous les islamistes radicaux du monde: chebabs somaliens, talibans afghans, djihadistes caucasiens, salafistes tunisiens ou les membres d’AQMI? D’où vient cette bannière noire qui apparaît aussi sur plusieurs sites internet associés à Al-Qaïda et au djihad mondial?
Le noir, une couleur mahométane?
Si aucune couleur ne peut être considérée comme représentante de l’islam en général; le noir, le blanc (symbole de pureté), le vert et même le rouge (celui du sang des martyrs) ont acquises une certaine notoriété.
Utilisées dans les calligraphies ou les habits, comme signes distinctifs de familles dynastiques (les armoieries n’étant apparues chez certaines familles régnantes musulmanes qu’après leur emprunt aux croisés), c’est d’ailleurs sans surprise que certains drapeaux d’Etats arabes et/ou musulmans modernes utilisent ces quatres teintes.
Toutefois, le prophète Mahomet, pour des raisons politiques était tenu de représenter la communauté musulmane naissante sous un ou plusieurs drapeaux, particulièrement en temps de guerre. Selon plusieurs sources historiques, deux étendards auraient été hissés à diverses occasions, le premier entièrement noir, appelé Al-Raya, et le deuxième intégralement blanc, appelé Al-Liwae.
Les deux auraient été frappés de la chahada et auraient remplis un rôle bien défini: Al-Raya n’aurait été utilisé que pour le djihad guerrier, alors qu’Al-Liwae aurait eu un rôle distinctif de la Oumma (la communauté des croyants) musulmane, symbolisant le rassemblement des fidèles unis par la foi.
Le pavillon personnel de Mahomet était connu sous le nom Al-Uqab (L’Aigle). Il était noir, sans symbole ou marque distinctive. Son nom et sa couleur ont été empruntés, dit-on, de celui d’Ali Ibn Hussein, chérif de La Mecque.
Le drapeau noir est donc perçu comme la reproduction de la bannière des musulmans d’Arabie, à l’aube de l’Islam, celui de la tribu des Qûraysh à laquelle appartient le prophète, bien que Mahomet aurait aussi déclaré, selon des sources théologiques, que le vert était sa couleur préférée…
Une référence au fanion abbasside?
Ce fut un esclave persan, Abou Mouslim, qui brandit pour la première fois le drapeau noir qui donna naissance à la dynastie des Abbassides (750-1016). Les califes Abbassides ont fondé leur revendication pour le califat en leur qualité de descendants d’Al-Abbas Ibn Abd al-Muttalib (566-662), l’un des oncles de Mahomet. C’est en vertu de cette descendance qu’ils se considèrent comme les héritiers légitimes du prophète de l’Islam, par opposition aux Omeyyades (au blason blanc) qu’ils chassèrent du pouvoir.
Leur dessein étaient d’établir un État plus profondément musulman. La dynastie abbasside a donné naissance à d’illustres califes comme Al-Mânsur, Al-Ma’mūn ou encore le légendaire Harun al-Rachid qui étendent la religion musulmane, la langue arabe ainsi qu’une conscience universaliste de l’islam qui caractérise tout le monde médiéval musulman. Paradoxalement, c’est aussi sous leur direction que commence le lent déclin de la civilisation arabo-musulmane.
Ceci-dit, leur attachement à un islam salafiste (au sens originel du terme) a toujours séduit les tenants d’un retour aux sources perdues de la religion. Les premiers soldats abassides étaient vétus de noir et auraient inspiré, tout comme leur bannière, la tenue caractéristique des djihadistes d’aujourd’hui.
Le drapeau du «Bien-guidé attendu»?
De nos jours, le drapeau Al-Raya est considéré par les chiites duodécimains comme le futur étendard de l’islam, lors du retour du Mahdi. Ce dernier, dont le nom en arabe signifie à la fois «l’homme guidé (par Dieu)», «celui qui montre le chemin » ou le «le bien-guidé attendu» (Al-Mahdi Al-Mountadhar) désigne le «sauveur» des musulmans devant apparaître à la fin des temps.
Le Mahdi apparaîtrait durant les derniers jours de l’existence du monde et serait un signe majeur de l’Apocalypse. Sa venue précèderait la seconde venue de Jésus (le Messie) sur terre. Pour l’islam chiite, le drapeau noir est l’emblème du douzième martyr, l’imam caché chargé de mener l’ultime bataille contre les infidèles d’établir un jour la loi dominatrice de Dieu sur terre.
L’emblème d’un signe prophétique?
Les djihadistes sunnites inspirés par Al-Qaïda font aussi référence à une célèbre prophétie en lien, selon certains avec le Mahdi, relatée par de nombreux hadiths (paroles de Mahomet), qui dit selon les chroniqueurs de l’Islam Tarmidhi et Abu Hurairah:
«Du Khurassan (province d’Afghanistan) émergeront les bannières noires que nul ne pourra refouler. Les armées qui les porteront continueront d’avancer jusqu’à ce qu’elles atteignent ‘Illya (Jérusalem) et qu’elles plantent leurs drapeaux dans sa terre».
De cette prophétie découlerait donc l’utilisation par des groupuscules djihadistes de drapeaux noirs portant la chahada. On l’a vu à Tunis avec la chute de Ben Ali, sur la place Tahrir, à Bagdad, à Benghazi, à Islamabad, à Kaboul… et même lors de manifestations à caractère identitaire dans les capitales européennes ou aux Etats-Unis.
La nostalgie du califat ottoman disparu?
Certains chercheurs qui remettent en doute certaines sources historiques de l’Islam des origines (selon eux, Mahomet avaient aussi comme drapeau distinctif un fanion blanc ou jaune- la couleur fétiche du Hezbollah libanais- selon les circonstances) établissent une filiation beaucoup plus récente à l’étendard noir. Il ne remonterait qu’aux années 1920 où des groupes islamistes l’ont adopté comme symbole de ralliement après la chute de l’Empire Ottoman. Ceci-dit, les Frères musulmans d’Egypte, dont l’objectif avoué est de rétablir un ordre califale ont pour emblème un drapeau vert où figurent deux sabres croisés.
Au final, il faut croire que le drapeau noir adopté par des djihadistes aux desseins parfois contradictoires (mais aussi par certaines confréries ou mouvements religieux non violents comme les Ahmadis) est tout cela à la fois: une référence à l’Islam sublimé du temps de Mahomet et de ses califes, le signe d’un blason guerrier et révolutionnaire et la promesse de traditions prophétiques orales qui prédisent la victoire finale des fidèles d’Allah contre les impies.

Yap. Le djihad balbutie ses premières éructations dans notre douce France. Mais c’est une erreur de penser pour autant que le pays est en train d’agoniser; négationnisme culturel, stagnation économique, cécité générale, et soumission des “élites” ne nous renvoient qu’une image trompeuse de la résignation silencieuse ambiante.
On ne pourra pas empêcher indéfiniment les mots de jaillir: dehors les muzzs ! la France aux français! Etc…
Ce sera le début d’un vrai climat insurrectionnel. Puis quelques organismes officiels se désolidariseront bruyamment de l’Etat: ce sera ici le bureau d’une CAF de province qui organise une journée “portes ouvertes” pour informer le public de tout ce qu’on force les employés à leur cacher, puis la fièvre montera, et des haut fonctionnaires de la Police, (d’abord),de l’Armée, de l’Education Nationale (les derniers), vont se mettre à jeter quelques spectaculaires pavés dans la mare; les uns par indignation, les autres par opportunisme.
Des défilés jamais vues, chez les pompiers, des provinciaux qui se voient imposer “une mixité sociale” ahurissante, des actions de ” protestations civiques”, de “réinformations citoyennes” vont défier l’Etat de plus en plus hardiment, et faire apparaître une évidence: si le peuple gronde, l’Etat bat en retraite immédiatement, la peur des juges, eux-mêmes désormais méprisés ne suffisant plus à faire taire une population acculée à défendre, pour de bon, son identité
L’Etat lui-même en désaccord crescendo, et tragi-comique avec les tyranniques eurocrates, qui là-bas, déconnectés, délirent de plus en plus fort à contre sens.
Ce sera là le début.
La suite sera fonction de la détermination des peuples, car le processus va vite s’européaniser, à ne pas se laisser bouffer halal sans réagir. Fonction de leur rancune, elle-même transformée en fureur froide et, inévitablement, aveugle, et raciste.
Mais la cuisson du homard, chez les vieux peuples a ses limites: il y a des homards qui s’éveilleront à temps, et feront déborder la casserole.
En ce sens, le chien mérah et les mensonges qui l’accompagnent sont, dans la sensibilité générale, un tournant.

This is a people that has surrendered already. They will not rebel, they will never sacrifice any of their material comforts to regain their freedom, they don’t value it any more. In the name of what could they rebel anyway, they have nothing to sustain them, no faith, no trust in themselves and in their future – nothing.
Only the few who are conscious of the forthcoming doom will fight, but they have no weapons, no leaders, not even a common goal. They will be even more powerless and abandoned than the members of the Armée des Ombres, and they will be the first ones to get killed.

Thanks for your reply. Actually, I mean that it’s too late for a bloodless recovery….
But that’s nonsense to believe that our good ol’ countries (including Britain, Germany, and yes Scandinavia too) will, without a endeavor of rebellion, not even one single attempt of getting loose off the clasping jaws of the muslim trap, eventually submit to islam.
Truth is that we are on the verge of waking up to the full extent of the menace growing up in the middle of us.
West european people are about to face, -within short delays- no other choice than fight or bow over for ever; dress up wives and daughters with burkas, accept larger and larger parts of islamic rules in their daily lives etc…
And that, is unattainable. Put in harsh words, I remain confident that eventually even cowards will stand up and confront invaders, willingly or not, with firm upper lip or chattering teeth, but they will!
