@Guy,

Même la pravda belge – appelée également RTBF – a dit que Romney avait gagné le débat. Rare. Il faut que ce soit un vrai KO pour que l’organne de gauche national belge ose le dire aussi ouvertement;
“… Mitt Romney did what he needed to do…
which was to stand there and look presidential and show people that, yes, watching him for the next four years would be a good thing and would push aside all of the weirdness and malaise we’ve experienced lately.
“It was very much a Reagan-Carter moment for a lot of people and I know of a few Obama supporters here in Chicago who went on TV and said that after last night’s performance there is no way they are voting for “The One”.
Here are my Top Ten Things to Know About the Denver Debate Last Night:
10. Obama was injected with amphetamines or something before the debate and they wore off about 20 minutes in.
Here in Chicago, word on the street for the last month has been that Valerie Jarrett was specifically tasked with getting Obama off coke and other drugs before the debates so that he would not embarrass himself on stage for an hour and a half. So, word is that Obama’s been detoxing since at least September.
This explains how haggard he’s looked and how prickly he’s acted for a while now… it’s what addicts look and act like when they’re cut off from their drugs.
… Obama’s main drug suppliers are the junior staffers who work in the White House who go to Lafayette Park and buy him whatever he wants… and he also gets special deliveries from his friend Bobby Titcombe in Hawaii, who brings him “fish and poi” to the White House (that’s Hawaiian slang for “weed and coke”).
To get through the almost two hours of being on TV, Obama looks like he needed a big injection of beta-blockers and/or amphetamines.
If you noticed at the beginning of the debate he was talking fast, acting erratic, and blinking like CRAZY he was still jazzed up by whatever they gave him.
About twenty minutes later, it seems like the adrenaline in his system from being in front of the crowd might have caused the uppers to wear off… and his energy levels collapsed after that.
By the end of the debate, Obama looked like he was aching for a new fix. This could be the reason Michelle Obama rushed him off stage and skipped the traditional “let’s waive to the crowd for a while” schtick. She could tell he needed to get out of sight because he totally lost it out there.
9. Obama was rumpled and sloppy and looked like he slept in a halfway house last night.
Remember when Chris Matthews used to wax on almost pornographically about Obama’s creased pants and how sharp he looked? That was a long time ago, sister.
The man who was out there on stage last night looked like he got his clothes from a consignment shop or the lost and found bin of a discount dry cleaners. He was rumpled and honestly looked like he might smell a little of urine.
What on Earth was he doing immediately prior to arriving for the debate? Mitt Romney looked crisp, prepared, and responsible. Barack Obama was a walking mess. It was almost disrespectful to the audience that he showed up looking so disheveled.
8. Obama smirked a lot, behaved like a bratty child at times, and when he wasn’t speaking stared down at the floor like he was thinking “What the heck am I even doing here?”. This was just weird.
When he wasn’t talking, Obama would droop his head down like he was napping for a while. Sometimes he would giggle or smirk. When Romney would say something criticizing the bizarre and destructive things that Obama has done as president, he’d smirk or grimace. I didn’t see a president up there as much as I saw a bratty child who was making faces while being scolded by the teacher.
7. Moderator Jim Lehrer did a piss-poor job, clearly favored Obama, and yet Obama was STILL trounced.
Lehrer repeatedly interrupted Romney but didn’t do that to Obama. It turns out that Obama got to talk for a full four minutes longer than Romney. When Obama was stumbling and in trouble, Lehrer rescued him. Romney had to actually debate Lehrer many times when Lehrer pressed interrogations of him. Obama was treated with kid gloves as usual.
One of the best moments of the night was when Romney told Lehrer that he’d end the subsidies to PBS and Lehrer recoiled like a vampire doused in holy water. I just loved that. At the end, Lehrer oddly remarked that he had not done a good job as moderator… and Obama jumped in and said “You were fabulous, Jim!” and Romney just shook his head at the two of them.
6. Mitt Romney had one of the best and most destructive lines I have ever heard in a debate: when he compared Obama talking to things his five sons would say when they were small children and tried to get him to believe their lies.
This was wonderful. I’ve never seen a grown man humiliated this way before… being compared to small children and not being able to give any sort of retort because it was totally accurate.
Romney did this after Obama kept insisting that Romney would raise taxes by $5 trillion or some nonsense. Romney kept saying that Obama was wrong and told him to stop repeating that. Obama wouldn’t, so Romney had to finally tell him that just because he keeps saying something doesn’t make it true… and then Romney said,
“you know, I raised five boys and they’d often keep saying something until they thought I’d believe it and it never worked”.
Obama put his head down after that and didn’t try that $5 trillion thing again. Romney totally scolded Obama and Obama had no retort for it. It. Was. Epic.
5. Without a TelePrompTer for a crutch (that he has depended on for four years) Obama could barely string two sentences together without rambling, looking out into the crowd lost, and seeming disoriented.
Remind me again why this man was supposed to be the greatest orator in the world and the most eloquent and soaring political speech-giver?
Because he was a dull stumbling bumbler last night.
I don’t even think Chris Matthews or Keith Olbermann could masturbate to that debate performance Obama gave. Maybe Anderson Cooper, though.
4. Obama’s hands were skeletal, his face was twitching, his eyes had deep dark circles around them, and he generally looked like death walking.
In Chicago, most people on the ground think Obama has ‘The Slims”, which is black slang here for AIDS.
I personally think he has Parkinson’s disease… which is actually related to cocaine abuse in black men.
Obama shakes, his face twitches, and he’s gaunt these days. This is more than just severe drug abuse in the White House… this is illness. The man is not well, and it’s showing. Is it ‘The Slims” or is it Parkinson’s? You be the judge.
But someone with a five-star chef living downstairs, access to any kind of food that he wants, and nonstop vacations and “golf outings” should not look like a desiccated corpse walking around on stage in Denver. Something is seriously wrong.
Of course, his medical records are kept hidden and not released to the public (unlike any president before him). I used to volunteer a lot with AIDS charities here in Boystown and would deliver holiday meals to shut-in AIDS patients who looked more robust and alive than Barack Obama did last night.
Minitrue won’t talk about it… or even mention it… but THAT was not a healthy man up there. That was someone who will be in a wheelchair or be bed-ridden soon.
3. Michelle Obama (dressed up like Grimace from McDonaldLand) stormed the stage when the debate was done and angrily dragged her husband offstage as quickly as possible, upset with his poor performance.
I think Michelle Obama was MAD. She knew Obama lost big. She practically dragged him off the stage. There is no doubt in my mind she shouted at him the whole limo ride back to wherever they went afterwards.
I’m sure after that Obama called Reggie Love on the phone to blubber to him about how mean Michelle is being.
Their whole relationship is based on the simple fact that Michelle married him to be his beard and that he then would give her everything she wants in life as she keeps his secrets.
Last night, he didn’t keep his end of the bargain up. And Michelle was STEAMED!
And did you catch the bit in the beginning where Obama called her “Sweetie” when he talked about it being their anniversary. It was so strange and forced…
more awkward than Al Gore’s bizarre attempt to kiss Tipper in 2000.
This was totally something consultants told him to do so he’d seem human and appeal to voters… but it just ended up looking icky.
2. Even the Ministry of Truth (Minitrue, for short), that is: the corrupt, vintage media had to admit that Obama’s performance was a disaster.
Chris Matthews had to admit Obama bombed. Andrew Sullivan called it a disaster. Other members of Minitrue claimed “it was a tie or draw”. Yah, right. Obama’s sorry, disheveled clock got CLEANED last night and everyone knew it.
I have no idea how they will spin this but know today will be enjoyable watching them try. I doubt even Minitrue can rewrite history enough to award Obama a retroactive win here.
1. Romney succeeded in drawing a stark contrast between himself and Obama and offered voters a real choice that did not present Obama in a good light.
Mitt Romney has really grown on me. For an hour and a half I watched a man take every punch that Jim Lehrer threw at him. Obama was there too, but he was kind of irrelevant. Lehrer was fighting for Obama and trying to land the punches on Romney that Obama just couldn’t. So Romney had to hold his own against TWO people… with one of them being the moderator.
And Romney succeeded impressively. He is knowledgeable, quick on his feet, and came across as reassuringly competent.
And he was handsome, too! I’d never really noticed that before… but he’s very handsome, strong-looking, and is the kind of president that in a movie or TV show would triumph over space aliens and successfully manage whatever natural disaster is coming.
He exudes confidence and instills in me a belief that with him at the helm we can get everything back on track.
Meanwhile, Barack Obama looked like a low-rent drug addict who was jonesing for his next fix and was totally disinterested in being there.
It was a fun debate to watch. I think it convinced a lot of people that it’s time to let Obama go so that he can retire to that estate in Hawaii that Penny Pritzker and his other supporters are buying for him.

Masterful Debate Wrap-Up
by Megan Fox, October 4, 2012
Kevin DuJan and Megan Fox recap the masterful debating skills of Barack Obama and Mitt Romney tonight after the first presidential debate from Denver.

Go ahead, make my day!

LIVE-STREAM-TRANSCRIPT:
Presidential Debate in Denver — Romney vs. Obama —
by Kevin DuJan, Hillbuzz, October 3rd, 2012
This is a Live-Stream-Transcript of tonight’s debate between Mitt Romney and Barack Obama… so… you’ll have as little exposure to talking heads working for Minitrue as possible.
This is my second straight day of calling the media “Minitrue” after first establishing they are corrupt and vintage… I know that a lot of people not familiar with either 1984 or Newspeak won’t get it, but it’s so fitting for these pro-Obama propagandists. Never in my lifetime have I seen people who claim to be “reporters” or “journalists” fall over themselves in service to a President. In the past, these people wanted to make names for themselves by exposing the President’s dark secrets and cover-ups… but now they only want to prove which amongst them love him the most. It’s beyond creepy.
5:13pm CST — Just saw this on Breitbart and found it interesting. Obama had directed his acolytes to take to Facebook and Twitter to sing his praises during the debate tonight. Let’s see if that happens. If this effort is a total bust, that means Obama is out of political juice. Kind of like the Wicked Witch summoning her flying monkeys and only a few bald, featherless, globs show up for duty.
5:49pm CST — I’m about to go on LIVE guest hosting Larry Sinclair’s Through the Mirror Radio show… 6pm – 7pm CST…and one of the things I’m going to talk about is the speculation here in Chicago that Obama’s been going through drug withdrawal the last month or two in preparation for this debate. People look at him, see the weight loss, factor in the weird things he’s been saying and notice how he generally looks like Hell. It looks like Valerie Jarrett — who manages Obama’s drug use and access to gay sex — was actually exiled for a while because the current President didn’t like having no said to him when he wanted more coke (and not the effervescent, comes in a red and white can kind). Apparently, they’re going to shoot Obama up with a bunch of Beta-blockers or amphetamines for the debate tonight just so he can make it through an hour and a half with no TelePrompTers.
Let’s see if we can pick up any signs of either the withdrawal or the amphetamines/blockers tonight.
****************************************************
7:25pm CST — Sometimes the Ministry of Truth (Minitrue, for short) is just CRAZY. Here’s an article talking about last night’s Jeremiah Wright tape and the writer actually says at one point that “pundits are predicting an Obama blowout” or something like that. That would mean that Barack Obama has more support today than he did in 2008… which would require there to be millions more Democrat voters pumped up about this election than four years ago.
THAT IS NOT REALITY.
I know party identification/affiliation numbers are hard for some people to understand, but it’s essentially that in 2008 there were 7-points more Democrats in the country than Republicans when it came to turnout. That meant that in the year that was this freak perfect storm benefitting the Left, Democrats had 7-points more juice in them than the GOP (which was lackluster for McCain, had never heard of a tea party movement, and saw millions sit out the election to “teach Republicans a lesson or something”).
When Minitrue pretends that Obama will have a “blowout win” it’s just masturbatory wish-casting on their part because it completely ignores the shellacking that Democrats received in 2010. The latest numbers I’ve seen show a Republican advantage of 3-points this time out. That means things have switched place by TEN POINTS since Obama won (eliminating the 7-point advantage for Democrats and now giving a 3-point advantage to Republicans).
How on Earth can Obama win when things have changed this much since 2008 when the only way he’d win is if MORE people loved him than back in the days when he was filling stadiums with wide-eyed, crying cultists who declared him “The Lightbringer” and “The One” in a styrofoam Greek temple in Denver?
Makes. No. Sense.
7:42pm CST — I really am enjoying the articles written by DaTechGuy’s Peter Imgeni. He’s collecting a lot of data showing just how Minitrue manipulates poll samples to get the results they want. Today, a poll came out showing a ridiculous Obama blowout in New Hampshire… as if people woke up today and realized they loved Barack Obama more than their own children and then promptly sacrificed their offspring in his name as service to “The One”. Stephen King would have to move to the Granite State and start writing about the place for something like this to be true.
One thing Imgeni said that I never heard before today was that while Minitrue lies for months and weeks before the election… a few days before voting takes place there is “Media Credibility Day”, which might be Imgeni’s own term as I’ve never heard it before.
This is the day that Minitrue actually puts out the correct numbers. It is usually the day before the election. This way, after the voting takes place, they can cite this last poll as proof they are credible because it will match the actual voting. Everything else was lies to benefit Democrats and propaganda designed to help Obama’s campaign… but the final polls will be as accurate as Minitrue will allow so that pollsters can later claim to know what they are doing. [or they will electronically manipulate the vote results to make them match the skewed polls]
****************************************************
7:52pm CST — I tuned into CSPAN and Jim Lehrer is telling people to be quiet and behave themselves. I swear, he looked directly at Michelle Antoinette Obama and said “so make any noises you want to make now, but be quiet during the debate”. It was bizarre… but necessary I guess. He sort of regards her as one of those barnyard Speak-n-Says that is liable to burp or fart or something at any moment during the live televised event. How sad.
*****************************************************
8:00pm CST — Debate Begins in Denver. I’m covering it live in Chicago. Tell us in comments where YOU are and what you expect from tonight.
This is to be about domestic issues. 6 segments of 15 minutes. Then some open discussion. Lehrer decides what questions to ask himself. Economy. Healthcare. Role of Governing.
Lehrer’s eyes are black and beady… like a shark’s.
Obama comes out and grabs for Romney’s arm and caresses it. Weird. This ain’t the bathhouse, Barry… no grabbies allowed!
Q: What are major differences about creating jobs?
Starts off by saying this is his wedding anniversary. Calls her “sweetie” the way Steadman says it to Oprah all the time.
#cspan2012 is flashed across the screen. I guess this is a thing now.
Twitter mystifies me.
Obama’s makeup looks weird tonight… his hands are so frail and even skeletal.
There are dark circles under his eyes.
Romney looks great! He congratulates Obama on his anniversary and says “I’m sure it’s very romantic for you to be here with me”. Ha ha.
Talks about a woman talking to him about being unemployed.
Romney’s in a red tie and Obama is in a blue tie. Both are wearing shiny suits. Their hair is styled. I mention this because idiots always go on for PARAGRAPHS about what female politicians look like, how much they weigh, and what they are wearing. So I do this to the male ones.
R: small businesses are down to 30 year low. I know what it takes to get business running again and hiring people. Don’t need trickle down bigger government. Need to restore vitality to make America work again.
O: Improve education system. We made progress drawing on ideas that are showing gains… Race to the Top. Raise standards in training teachers and hire 100,000 more math and science teachers and new community colleges. Keep tuition low. Tax code, corporate rate too high. Lower to 25% for manufacturing. Close loopholes that ship jobs overseas. On Energy, boost production. Oil and natural gas production higher than they have been in years. Wind, solar, biofuel investments. How to deal with tax code, reduce spending and make investments. Accuses Romney of big tax cuts and military spending of $8 trillion without dumping costs on middle class.
– Note: Obama does not seem to be on drugs right now. But he is being dull and boring. He looks like a frail, older, black woman in drag-king gear up there. No energy from him.
R: I don’t have a tax cut like that. We need middle class tax relief. High income people doing just fine. People having a hard time are middle income Americans. They are being buried and crushed (nod to Biden’s remarks this week). This is a crushing economy tax. Gas prices double, food up, healthcare up by $2,500 per family. Need trade, energy, help small business. Future of economy is important. Too much overhead. Get dollars to states and get workers training. Need to bring tax rates down. Don’t lose revenue by lower deductions and credits and exemptions. Energy is critical…all of increase in gas and oil has happened on private land, not government land. Obama cut permits and allowances in half. I will bring in the Keystone Pipeline. I will burn clean coal. You are crushing the coal industry. Want energy independence. I am not cutting massive taxes and reducing revenues to government. No tax cut that adds to deficit but will reduce the burden of middle income Americans.
Romney has high energy.
During the time Obama’s not speaking, he slumps down and stares at the podium like he’s asleep. When Romney’s not speaking, he stands there smiling and listening to Obama.
***************************************************
8:24pm CST — Obama invokes Bill Clinton and says he would do what Clinton did with the economy and create a surplus, or something.
Romney hits back that last four years are evidence that Obama has no idea what he is doing. Do not need more of the same. Do not continue the status quo.
Romney says that he will end Obamacare, stop subsidies to PBS, will not spend money from China on programs we don’t need. Must make cuts. Make government more efficient. Cut through attrition. Get to a balanced budget. Obama doubled the deficit for the last four years. As much debt as all presidents combined.
Obama: Bush left me a trillion in deficit. There were programs and stuff not paid for and then Bush left an economic crisis so this is not my fault. Let’s make sure we cut things out that don’t help us grow. I cut out aircraft for the Air Force and got rid of some education programs and Medicare/Medicaid fraud. I worked with Republicans and Democrats to cut out of our budget. We gotta do more. I have a $4 trillion reduction plan on some website. Go look at it. $2.50 for cuts we need $1 in revenue from people who will contribute it and I have asked them to do it. I call it the Bart Simpson Commission or something.
When this Romney stood on the stage with some other people for the nomination he said that he would not take any cuts for revenue and he is unbalanced and he guts schools and he’s hurting seniors in nursing homes and disabled kids.
Romney: First off, it’s Simpson Bowles. I have my own plans. He’s been president for four years. He said he would cut the deficit in half but he keeps added to the deficit. He claims he found $4 trillion in cuts but we still have a deficit every year. That is not getting the job done. In 2010, Obama was going to extend the tax policies we had. The economy is going much more slowly now. You cannot raise taxes on people now. Small businesses are taxed like individuals. You can’t raise taxes because you kill jobs.
The revenue I get is by more people working, getting higher pay, and paying more tax as a result. You can’t just raise taxes. Look at Spain. 42% of their economy is spent on Government. I don’t want to go on a path to Spain.
Obama: Hey, my wife loves vacationing in Spain. Had a fabulous time. There are areas we can make a change. The oil industry gets billions a year in corporate welfare. Does anyone think ExxonMobil needs extra money. Why not eliminate that? What about corporate jets? Make them pay more. They are rich! Romney does not identify the loopholes or whatever. Well, I won’t give tax breaks to shipping plants overseas. Let’s help young people go to college. I met a teacher at the slots in Las Vegas and she has 42 kids in the class and she makes them sit on the floor and read textbooks that are ten years old. Budgets reflect choices. If we have no revenue then we need to make more people sit on the floor. We have severe hardships for people. If you shift Medicaid to states, then it is like a cut in that over time or something. That might be a deal and a sheet of paper and (mumbles), it is a big problem and you need to be creative and some people don’t get help.
Romney: Wow, that was a lot of topics there to schools and oil and Medicaid and going overseas. Let’s go at them one by one. You provided $90 billion in breaks to green energy world… that is 50 years’ worth of the breaks that oil and gas gets. If we get the tax rate down to 25% then everything is on the table. You put breaks into Solyndra, and Tesla and Solar One. You didn’t pick winners and losers… you picked only losers. I have no idea what you are talking about if you think we get a break for shipping jobs overseas. We have incentives for bringing money back here to the US.
Medicaid and Medicare, you will get what you got last year plus inflation and you will manage it at the state level. Governors can care for their own poor better than the federal government doing that. States are the laboratories of democracy. Don’t have the federal government tell people things. States get in trouble and the feds can see if they can help them but let’s let the states take care of themselves.
– Economy Segment –
840pm CST — Obama: social security, I’ve heard of that. It’s structurally sound. Tip O’Neil is a name I remember. Medicare is what I was told to talk about. My grandmother was a white woman and she’s dead now. She was fiercely independent and became the VP of a bank with no education because she worked all her life and then they made her that. I bring that perspective. Entitlements mean dependency. My grandmother liked entitlements. She died three days before I was elected president. There are billions I save in medicare by no longer overpaying insurance companies and providers. I lowered the drugs for seniors and made dents in things. The way to deal with Medicare is to lower healthcare costs. You don’t need a major change for the future.
Romney — our seniors depend on these programs. Every time we talk about entitlements we are afraid that changes will hurt them. I propose no changes for seniors now. This is for younger people. Obama is proposing changes for Medicare…for current retirees he’s cutting $716 billion from the program. He’s cutting the rates….some 15% of patients won’t be seen…we have $4 million people who will lose Medicare advantage. How can you cut Medicare $716 billion? He is putting one dollar back in for every 716 he cuts. Medicare and social security will be there for young people under my program.
(Obama is smiling and being bratty during this)
Obama: Romney wants to turn Medicare into a voucher program and I don’t support that. If you are 54 or 55 then this will affect you. This was that guy Ryan’s idea who is your running mate. This is telling people to go to some marketplace and buy their own insurance. That will cost people $6,000 a year. That’s a problem. Insurance companies will recruit healthier seniors and let the other ones die. Then everything collapses like when my grandmother died. Vouchers are not the way to go. A-R-P says that this is bad and benefits would be affected. If you repeal Obamacare — and I am fond of that term because that is my name — then you would be making people pay co-pays and whatever.
8:47pm CST — Romney says there will be at least two plans. No one is paying any $6000 dollars and that is not happening. People can get either Medicare or a private plan and I would rather have the private plan because I don’t want the government telling me what to do. Have higher income people get lower benefits so that lower income people get more benefits. This is an idea that came from the Clinton years too…get people more choices, better plans, and have competition for getting the best deals.
Obama: private insurers want to make a profit and so there are higher administrative costs to private plans.
Romney: My opinion is the private sector can always get a better product than the government.
– Regulation –
Romney: Regulation is essential in a free market. You can’t have people making their own banks in their garage. At the same time, regulation can be excessive.
851pm CST — Lehrer seems to be trying to grill Romney. Badgering him. He does not do this to Obama. Romney handles it very well.
Romney: Dodd-Frank gave a big kiss to New York banks. 122 small banks have closed because of Dodd-Frank.
Lehrer: SCHEMAS: YOU WANT TO REPEAL DODD-FRANK.
Lehrer cuts Romney off and essentially tells him to shut up and then gives it to Obama. This was so weird.
Obama (who is never rushed or interrupted): Banks are making big profits while the system is vulnerable. I made the toughest reforms on Wall Street since the 1930s. You need a living will so you can’t make bad bets. All the help we provide the banks needs to be paid back with interest. Romney wants to repeal Dodd Frank and we need a marketplace with regulation. The question is, does anyone think there was too much oversight and regulation of Wall Street? If you do then Romney is your candidate.
Romney: That is just not the fact. We need regulation but we should not designate five banks as too big to fail. That is killing regional and small banks. We need to stop giving mortgages to people who are not qualified. Dodd Frank does not take care of this. It’s been too years and people are reluctant to make loans because Dodd Frank does not specify what is clear regulation. I will make sure we don’t hurt the functioning of our marketplace.
Lerher interrupts Romney again. Calls it “Affordable Care Act”.
Romney: Repeal Obamacare. Woman told me she can’t afford insurance for her and her son. Small businesses dropping insurance because they can’t afford it. Cost is prohibitive. When you look at Obamacare, will cost $2,500 more than regular insurance. Expensive Obamacare. Hurts families. It cuts $716 billion from Medicare. Obamacare has an unelected board deciding people’s treatment. Small business less likely to hire people because of Obamacare. Unemployment and no jobs but Obama focused on Obamacare. Craft plans at state level to fit needs of state…then get costs down. Get rid of $2,500 premium that hurts families.
Obama: uses phrase “jerk you around” at 8:50pm CST. Funny sound clip of him. Must be having flashbacks to Man’s Country. Obama talks about how kids can stay on their parents’ insurance longer. Now praises Romney for Romneycare in Massachusetts… claims that Obamacare won’t destroy the country either.
Lehrer is playful and adoring towards Obama… but is antagonistic to Romney. Romney has to debate both Lehrer and Obama.
Romney: You passed through a plan without any Republican votes. You pushed through what you and Pelosi and Reid thought best. In Massachusetts we worked together…only two people voted against the plan. We didn’t put in a board to decide treatments. We didn’t take money from Medicare. We didn’t put people in the position where they would lose their insurance. This is why people don’t’ want Obamacare. A bipartisan plan was swept aside. Something this big needs to be done in a bipartisan way.
Obama: This was a bipartisan idea. This was a Republican idea. Fact of the matter is that we used the same advisors you did and its’ the same plan. This board is a group of doctors and other experts who want to reduce the cost of the system overall. One way would be to let people fend for themselves and that has been the trend line or how do we make the cost of care more affordable. Cleveland Clinic provides great care cheaper. If patient comes in, let’s do one test instead of doing ten tests. Let’s do preventive care. Lets’ pay providers based on performance and instead of how many procedures. Board identifies best practices. Let’s institutionalize all the good things we do. When Obamcare is fully implemented. We will show that costs will go down. Health care premiums are going up but maybe that will change. Romney says that we should replace Obamacare with something but he has not described what to replace it with. We can’t leave this to the states. There’s no indication that will let people with preexisting insurance . This will result in 50 million people losing insurance.
Romney: Preexisting conditions covered. Young people can stay on their parents plans That’s already in private market. Get the costs down. More affordable. No unelected board to decide your treatments. Government is not effective in bringing down the cost of anything. Free people are more effective in bringing down costs than government. Private market. Enterrpises compete with one another. Creativity and innovation exist in American people. We do not need a board. We need plans and providers and doctors on target with performance pay.
Obama: There is a reason that Romney set up his plan in Massachusetts. He says he will replace it with something but not detail it. (He keeps repeating this, like it’s all he was told to say). He’s going to close loopholes but we don’t know the details. He won’t tell us his details. He says he will replace Obamacare but the good things will be in it. Why is he keeping things secret? Are they too good? No, the reason he keeps secrets is because he is bad. These are tough problems and I benefit middle class families.
Lehrer tries not letting Romney talk again.
Romney: I wil work like Ronald Reagan working with Tip O’Neil. I have principles of leadership and will work with Congress. How do we bring down deductions. There are many models to follow. You can’t come in and say this is my way or the highway. I have a plan dealing with people who have preexisting conditions. The federal government pushing aside the tenth amendment is not the course for America.
— Role of Government Segment –
912pm CST — How do you view the federal government?
Obama: keep people safe. I am the Commander in Chief. I work in the Oval Office. The federal government has ladders and they give them to people to succeed. Americans are free to be geniuses if they want. Work on ideas. Make own decisions. I am saying the name Abraham Lincoln now to make people associate him with me. Let’s start the intercontinental railroad. Let’s start land grant colleges. Give opportunities. Enhance freedom. Race to the Top. Not top down. There are like 56 states around the country where good things are happening. Hard pressed states can’t succeed. There are layoffs of teachers and Romney says we don’t need no teachers but me do! We need better trained workforces.
Romney: I love great schools. Massachusetts schools are #1 of all 50 states. Every school district needs good teachers. The role of government should be limited to protecting principles of Constitution and Bill of Rights. Maintain strength of military. Maintain commitment to religious tolerance and freedom. Pursue happiness as we choose. Care for people who are less fortunate and who are elderly and have challenges and are disabled. Look for the things that pursue happiness. Right to pursue their dreams. What we are seeing right now is a trickle down government approach that thinks government is better than free people pursuing dreams. We have gone from 32 million on food stamps to 45 million on food stamps. The path we are taking is not working.
Lehrer: Why can’t you be specific?
Romney: Education should be at the state and local level and the federal government should listen to that. I believe the kids getting federal dollars from IEDA or Title I should go to the child and let the parent decide where to send the kid, not the government.
Obama: Federal government should decide education. Budgets matter because they reflect choices. Romney wants to cut all those taxes and initiate cuts to federal support for education. That Congressman Ryan wants to cut things and he does not give details. When it comes to community colleges we see great work done all over the country. We train people for jobs that exist right now. They design the training programs to fill jobs and that needs federal support. Obama then claims that Romney thinks everyone can borrow money from parents to go to college.
(Obama keeps talking over time…and Lehrer allows it but chides Romney if Romney does it).
Romney: You are entitled to your own airplane and your own house but not your own facts. Talks about all the $90 billion that was wasted on solar companies…that would have paid for a lot of teachers. Money wasted and went to campaign contributors. Government should not be picking winners and losers. Let’s grade our schools. Take child to more successful school. Massachusetts schools are number one in nation.
Lehrer: We only have three minutes left. I’ve done a poor job as moderator. We have lost a pod and I can’t find it and there are three minutes left and I don’t know what to do now.
Closing remarks:
Obama: claims that he works every day to fight for the American people. As he says this, I have to stop myself from laughing because what about all those golfing and vacation days? He is not fighting any day for anyone…unless he is fighting with Michelle over hunky secret service guys.
Romney: Has a great closing. Says he will get rid of Obamacare and save the money that Obama would plunder from it. Would prevent military cuts.
Most of Romney’s sons are there. Michelle is wearing a weird purple thing that looks like a pillow in the back. Obamas leave the stage quickly while the Romney family is still up there. Ann and Mitt waive to crowd and there are lots of cheers. Obamas are disappeared off stage.
Time to tell everyone you know about Jeremiah Wright’s “Down Low Club” #BarackObama #PresObama
Posted on October 3, 2012 by Kevin DuJan // Breaking News, Featured Content
Dr. Jerome Corsi has bravely broken the longstanding embargo on talking about Jeremiah Wright’s “Down Low Club” at Trinity United Church of Christ here in Chicago. You can read his article on this HERE, via WND.
Like “Fight Club”, the first rule of the “Down Low Club” is to never talk about the “Down Low Club”. If you do, you will be murdered. That’s not a joke. There were a string of murders from 2005-2007 that involved men who were killed because they had knowledge of Jeremiah Wright’s Down Low Club and the closeted gay black men who partook in the club’s orchestrated cover-up of their homosexuality.
In Corsi’s article, he talks about three of the murders (including Donald Young, whom you may have heard of). I also believe a string of bizarre assassination-style killings in Boystown around that same time are also linked to the Down Low Club…but these were white men on the north side of Chicago who were murdered in their apartments by someone the police here never would admit was a serial killer. I moved to Chicago in the spring of 2005 and back then the strip of gay clubs called Halsted was plastered with flyers warning guys to be careful with whom they were bringing home since a murderer was loose killing guys who frequented the bars in Boystown; for those who can remember back to the 90s, this is the same area where Jeffrey Dahmer picked up some of his victims. Chicago was also where John Wayne Gacy (a delegate for Jimmy Carter!) also hunted.
Back then, Mayor Daley did his best to cover up the murders and the corrupt, vintage media worked as a Ministry of Truth (Minitrue for short) for Democrats, as always. “Nothing to see here! Move along!” was the motto of the day, but it never made sense why the killings just stopped at around three guys or why those guys in particular were chosen by the killer.
In 2007, when Donald Young was murdered in his home around Christmas I was already working on the Hillary Clinton campaign and was told repeatedly by my black friends that Young was killed because he started talking to people about Barack Obama being gay. Hillary’s campaign knew about Obama’s antics on the Chicago gay scene where he was jokingly known as “Bathhouse Barry”. What conservatives don’t understand is that Hillary couldn’t use anything salacious she had on Obama because she needed the black vote behind her if she won the nomination. Hillary’s hands were always tied when it came to nuking Obama with his homosexuality because if it was tied back to her then blacks would be alienated from the Clintons forever since they “went there” and “ruined” the first viable black presidential candidate. There’s another reason that Hillary Clinton would never out Barack Obama and it’s simply that — despite what the obsessive Hillary-haters have felt for twenty-odd-years — the woman is actually a very nice person who just never wanted to go nuclear on anyone. That right there might mean she wouldn’t have made a good President, if she isn’t willing to dump her biggest weapons on an enemy…but I will leave that up to you to decide for yourself.
To this day, people in Chicago are still scared about being murdered for talking about Barack Obama being gay or about what goes on at Trinity United with the still-active “Down Low Club”. Young, gay, black men are mentored into the club and are eventually paired up with often unattractive and difficult to deal with straight black women who never have boyfriends (since guys don’t want to have anything to do with them). A friend of mine in the “Think Squad” of prominent black professionals I talk to regularly calls these women “heifers” and says it’s very common for “cake boys” to be paired up with “heifers” so that “dummies are fooled” into thinking they are straight. Besides the Obamas, famous examples of this are Steadman Graham and Oprah Winfrey (he’s gay, while she’s just plain nasty and conceited), Star Jones and her gay husband whatever his name was, Terry McMillan and Jonathan Plummer (who eventually came out and left her), and Will Smith and Jada Pinckett (who are actually both gay…which is really rare in these arranged marriages because typically gay guys are not married to lesbians for some reason).
It’s kind of hilarious that straight people can’t see this stuff for what it really is, but then again for many years people believed that Rock Hudson and Elton John were both really married to women for love, too.
In retrospect, that’s laughable and crazy…but so will it be in about 5-10 years when the truth about Barack and Michelle Obama comes out as well. And it will come out, too, as soon as people are no longer afraid of being murdered for talking about it.
Chicago is ruled by fear. Living here, people are terrified of the City coming after them with tickets and fines for all sorts of things. Literally, the City tries to trick you into getting parking tickets by posting sets of signs that restrict parking in ways more Byzantine and tangled than the logic problems on an LSAT exam. Then there’s the very real fear of ever saying and doing something to offend an Alderman…who will often times set out on a course of vengeance against you that results in all manner of fines, your losing your lease, your business license being taken away, etc. These guys operate with impunity like mafia Dons in most cases. If you run afoul of the Democrat Party here in some way, you could lose your job if pressure is applied against your boss to fire you…or you’ll just be beaten by goons hired by precinct captains and ward bosses one day. The police will show interest in ever investigating your beating…or your murder if it was politically ordered by Democrats or friends of Democrats. When you land at O’Hare or Midway and see Al Capone’s face on shot glasses and tee shirts just know that his spirit is very much alive in this city, especially with Rahm Emanuel in the Mayor’s office.
Rahm is gay too. I have friends who have slept with him. And, yes, he’s a total bottom if that’s not too much information for you. For years, Rahm has exclusively hired little gay interns who resemble the Hollywood stars that Rahm years for (if you go to the Mayor’s office and see a lot of guys who look like Zac Ephron hanging around, well now you know why). Rahm’s also been very generous politically with his toy boys…ultimately graduating many of them from his stable into choice positions in law firms and brokerage houses by using his political connections. A lot of these guys are straight, too, by the way…but that’s called “gay for pay” when good looking straight guys and gym bunnies essentially prostitute themselves to older gay men for the chance at gaining access to high-paying careers in a bad economy. You probably don’t want to know what some straight guys are willing to do for a while to land big careers in Chicago. This stuff has been happening for years and is very similar to the way Hollywood studios are run. Very few big name male actors made it to the top without being a bottom for a while on casting couches “paying their dues” to the gay producers, directors, and executives who promised them big things down the line.
Rahm Emanuel is worse than Barney Frank in a lot of ways, but everyone’s always been too terrified of him to speak openly about the things he does. He’s sent people dead fish as warnings…has screamed naked at people in the Congressional gym…and here in Chicago as Mayor he holds the Sword of Damocles over a great many heads with the ability to summon any number of goons to persecute and harass people at will. This is what happens when Democrats are re-elected to office over and over again for generations in a city like Chicago.
All this will end one day, because if enough people ridicule the likes of Rahm and Obama the fear people have will vanish. Ridicule is the antidote to fear. Conservative writers never want to touch these topics because they’re afraid of being blackballed for talking about Rahm or Obama being blueballed and jonesing for the old days when they could just head to the baths any time they want and engage in the activities they liked doing with other guys. Take a look at Erik Erikson at RedState for instance. Do you notice how he’s slowly readjusting what he writes to suit Minitrue’s narratives now that he’s working for CNN and wants to eventually be a full-time personality there? When the big money is pushed in front of conservative writers, they lose interest in writing stories that damage the Left and instead think about all the cool things they’ll get to buy when they sell out completely to Minitrue’s wishes.
I’m surprised Dr. Corsi has put everything on the line and taken on the Trinity United story and the Down Low Club. He’s a brave, brave man. No doubt, he’ll have speaking engagements canceled and will have trouble booking himself on radio and TV shows in the future because when you start telling the secrets about gay politicians there are consequences for you personally and professionally. Minitrue will punish you…but other conservatives will as well since they want to stay in Minitrue’s good graces (in hopes they can become the next Erik Erikson).
A lot of the stuff that people don’t know is because Minitrue doesn’t want you to know any of this…since it hurts Democrats.
But, it’s all there. Like I’ve said a thousand times already, people talk about this stuff NONSTOP in the bars and gay clubs here in Chicago. It’s not a secret to any of us on the ground. Every black person I know has intimate knowledge of the Down Low Club. It’s as well-known as the gospel choir and serves as distinct and important a purpose. Every black church has a “program” like the Down Low Club, though few to none will call it that. Some white Baptist churches have misguided efforts like this too…where clearly gay men are pushed to marry the women in the church that no straight men wants. This prevents the women from becoming spinsters and gives the gay guys the beards they need to be productive (and reproductive, in cases like Obama’s) members of society. What better way to disappear the gay guys in your congregation while simultaneously getting rid of the women that have bad attitudes or are too ugly for straight guys to want anything to do with?
I know it’s bizarre to come to the realization that a closeted gay black man is currently President of the United States…but that is reality, folks. I’ve told you before that I had an aunt who was in LOVE with Liberace all through the 70s and into the 80s…and even ten years after his death she STILL would not admit the man was gay. I heard from my cousin that it was only about five years ago that she FINALLY took down the pictures she had of him in the little shrine she’d created of his memorabilia (and sold it all on eBay). There are older women I know who still walk around brokenhearted over Rock Hudson. In a few years, the teenyboppers of today will be doing the same thing over Taylor Lautner, Zac Ephron, and Leonardo DiCaprio. I don’t know why straight people have such a hard time sometimes picking out gay guys…but then again, I’m oblivious to most closeted lesbians so maybe it’s something that only gay guys can spot in each other.
Trinity United has a lot to lose and will not respond well to Dr. Corsi’s expose. I expect the blowback to be fierce. I hope he’s ready for it. There are a lot of powerful and influential black gay men in Chicago who had their marriages of convenience arranged through Jeremiah Wright who will not want their covers blown. A few Bears players. Doctors. Lawyers. Political figures. Ministers. CEOs. You name it.
And, of course, the current President of the United States too.
But you already knew that.

Agence France-Presse
Washington
Bravo Guy, and thank you !
The fix in in!
Liberal Panic: Gore Blames the Altitude
http://www.breitbart.com/Breitbart-TV/2012/10/04/Al-Gore-Blames-Denver-for-Obama-debate-Loss

reaction s’ils avaient vu le debat in live.
a ete decu hier soir.
Certains ici semblent bien naifs .
Romney a disparu subitement …..
Bonne lecture!
I didn’t watch the debate. I went over to a Friend’s house and talked, read some Aquinas, and then talked some more. Then I went to Chick-Fil-A.
I find myself with an intense feeling of dread after reading the wrap-up comments.
Obama got his ass kicked, or to be more precise, kicked his own ass. From what people are saying, it seems clear that Obama did not prepare in any way, shape or form. More on point, Valerie Jarrett, Michelle Obama and David Axelrod did not force Obama to prepare. At all.
This implies two things. First, the “less-bad” implication:
No preparation was done because they know that the elections will be fixed and none of them care, least of all Barry who is a drug-addled imbecile and doesn’t care about much beyond his next gram of coke and male fellation.
What really, really is bothering me and has me genuinely scared (yes, I do feel fear) is the fact that it can now no longer be denied that Barack Obama is worth more to his neo-Stalinist handlers dead than alive.
Someone has to say it. It might as well be me.
There has been buzz of a false-flag assassination attempt contingency plan among the Valerie Jarrett gang, but after this, I am genuinely scared that the false-flag assassination may no longer be a mere attempt, but a full-on JFK scenario.
Obama the man is now a liability to the putsch. These people are evil on a scale that most people cannot fathom, and Barry has only ever been a puppet and a tool to them.
Join me in praying for the safety of Barack Obama or whatever the hell his name is. He needs to be removed, arrested, tried and convicted for what he has done in the calmest, most orderly way possible. If his own handlers false-flag assassinate him, the entire world will fall into tyranny almost overnight, and my fear is that is exactly what they want, and they may be audacious and desperate enough to do it – especially after tonight.

;lol:

“For both Republicans and Americans overall, belief that Obama is foreign-born was at a high point in September, just 37 days before the Nov. 6 presidential election.

Mitt Romney, Paul Ryan Sit Down With Sean Hannity in First Interview Since Debate – Fox News…
Thursday night, Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan sat down for an exclusive interview with Sean Hannity during which Romney reacted to his performance in last night’s presidential debate. Of the debate, Romney said,
“I was pleased that I had the chance to talk about my vision for America…”

Romney perdra à cause de Sesame Street
Auj.
http://www.boursorama.com/forum-politique-romney-perdra-a-cause-de-sesame-street-420282643-1
Qu’en pensez-vous ???? – cela est-il vrai??????????
Aucune gaffe ici.
“… Chicago sources told WND the selection of Michelle Robinson for Obama was made by Jesse Jackson, and Jeremiah Wright agreed it would be a good combination.
“It all relates back to Trinity United and to the Jesse Jackson orbit of blacks here in Chicago who gave Obama legitimacy and helped him establish his identity as a black man ‘from Chicago,’” Robyn explained.
“Michelle came from a political family; she was intelligent even if she didn’t really like to work. Wright knew Obama was gay, but he needed the cover of a wife if he were to succeed in politics.”
A current member of Trinity church who has known the Obamas for 20 years, “Carolyn,” confirmed Trinity “helped a lot of blacks get successful and connected.”
“That’s what Wright did for Obama,” she claimed. “He connected Obama in the community, and he helped Obama hide his homosexuality.”
According to Robyn, Jackson explained to Michelle that she would live a life of luxury once Obama was president, and that she never again would have to worry about money.
“Michelle was nasty, and most straight guys would never be able to put up with her moods and temperament,” Robyn maintained. “But Obama really didn’t care. Michelle had the credentials and she looked the part. Obama wasn’t interested in her for sex.”
A source WND will identify as Hazel, a long-term member of the Trinity congregation, insisted Obama remained sexually involved with men after his marriage to Michelle.
“I remember being at this function at Reverend Wright’s house, one of the many parties Wright had, in 1996,” Hazel recalled.
“I went to the room where all the coats were on the bed, because I wanted to leave. I was surprised to find the light in the room was off and the coats were on the floor,” she said. “Then I realized there were two men hugging and kissing in there. One of those men was Obama. This was long before anybody knew Obama, before he became famous like he is today.”

Obama/iran : surprise d’Octobre ?
octobre 4th, 2012 Aschkel

“… The National Enquirer says Obama has “stomach parasites”.
Don’t scoff at the source: the Enquirer is quite often the only dinosaur media outlet that will print anything negative about Democrats.
Just look at the Pullit Surprise-worthy journalism it did exposing John Edwards’ affair, love child, and misappropriation of campaign funds…”
“Someday, years from now, the many secrets of this mysterious administration will be told… including what, exactly, is medically wrong with Obama.
“Back in 2004-2005, before he ran for president, when he’d just moved into the Obama/Rezko Mansion, a friend of mine had a meeting with Obama in his study — where piles of papers on Parkinson’s Disease were stacked. Books on Parkinson’s sat on his desk, with printed pages from websites scattered around. Obama is an intellectually incurious man who has never shown the slightest interest in any topic involving anything but himself.
“In his early 30s, having accomplished nothing, he wrote his autobiography (or, had William Ayers ghost-write it, depending on what you believe).
Obama is Obama’s favorite subject, and always has been.
“… It’s inconceivable Obama took any sort of interest in Parkinson’s because it impacted someone other than himself, or that he suddenly, for the first time in his charmed narcissistic life became inexplicably passionate about a topic like this.
His haggard appearance.
His weight loss.
His tremors.
His infantile dependence on crutches like his TelePrompTers.
His rambling, vacant, almost incoherent speech when talking extemporaneously or veering off his script.
All of it makes a lot more sense if you can picture that study in the Obama/Rezko mansion piled almost to the ceiling with literature on PARKINSON’S.
Who knows? Maybe he has stomach parasites too.
There are many, many things wrong with this man the Lamestream Media has no interest whatsoever reporting on.

Post-Debate Ad Blitz Is Coming
by The Tamminator, Hillbuzz, October 5, 2012
I don’t mean to gloat(okay, I do a little) but I TOLD you the ads were coming.
Here are four new commercials from the Romney camp that were just posted on You Tube. I guarantee that these ads will show up on television very soon, if not today.
Romney just showed how he could romp Obama in a debate.
Now he’s going to romp him on the airwaves.
Please post these ads on Facebook, email them to your friends, tweet them, etc. Then send the Romney team a check. I will say this until I’m blue in the face: These commercials are EXPENSIVE. If you want to help Romney beat Obama, send money. $5, $10, $20, it doesn’t matter. If we all do it, it adds up fast.
Enjoy the ads, and pass them on!

Disons, qu’ils sortent curieusement à point…

The sickly, stagnant September jobs report
James Pethokoukis, American Enterprise Institute, October 5, 2012,
Is this the Obama October Surprise?
Only in an era of depressingly diminished expectations could the September jobs report be called a good one. It really isn’t. Not at all.
1. Yes, the U-3 unemployment rate fell to 7.8%, the first time it has been below 8% since January 2009.
But that’s only due to a flood of 582,000 part-time jobs.
As the Labor Department noted:
The number of persons employed part-time for economic reasons (sometimes referred to as involuntary part-time workers) rose from 8.0 million in August to 8.6 million in September. These individuals were working part time because their hours had been cut back or because they were unable to find a full-time job.
2. And take-home pay? Over the past 12 months, average hourly earnings have risen by just 1.8 percent. When you take inflation into account, wages are flat to down.
3. The broader U-6 rate — which takes into account part-time workers who want full-time work and lots of discouraged workers who’ve given up looking — stayed unchanged at 14.7%.
That’s a better gauge of the true unemployment rate and state of the American labor market.
4. The shrunken workforce remains shrunken.
If the labor force participation rate was the same as when President Obama took office, the unemployment rate would be 10.7%. If the participation rate had just stayed steady since the start of the year, the unemployment rate would be 8.4% vs. 8.3%. Where’s the progress?
Here is RDQ Economics:
Such a rapid decline in the unemployment rate would be consistent with 4%–5% real economic growth historically but much of the decline is accounted for by people dropping out of the labor force (over the last year the employment-population ratio has risen to only 58.7% from 58.4%).
We believe part of the drop in the unemployment rate over the last two months is a statistical quirk (the household data show an increase in employment of 873,000 in September, which is completely implausible and likely a result of sampling volatility).
Moreover, declining labor force participation over the last year (resulting in 1.1 million people disappearing from the labor force) accounts for much of the rest of the decline.
5. As the chart at the top of the post shows — a chart originally produced by Team Obama — even the artificially depressed 7.8% unemployment rate is way above the 5.6% unemployment rate the White House predicted for September 2012 if Congress passed the $800 billion stimulus package back in 2009.
6. The 114,000 jobs created would have been a good number … but for 1962, not 2012.
The U.S. economy needs 2-3 times that number every month to close the jobs gap (which is the number of jobs that the U.S. economy needs to create in order to return to pre-recession employment levels while also absorbing the people who enter the labor force each month.)
At 114,000 jobs a month, the jobs gap would not close until after 2025, according to the Hamilton Project.
7. We are still on pace to create fewer jobs this year than last year. In 2012, employment growth has averaged 146,000 per month, compared with an average monthly gain of 153,000 in 2011.
8. White House economist Alan Krueger says the jobs numbers are ”further evidence” the economy is healing. But he’s wrong.
The employment-population ratio, which merely shows how many folks have jobs as a share of the civilian population, was 58.7%.
Now that’s up from last month.
But it is still far below where it was in June 2009, 59.4%,when the recession officially ended. And it’s even further below the 63% level before the downturn.
Bottom line: The U.S. labor market remains in a deep depression with virtually no recovery since the official end of the Great Recession. But the Long Recession continues unabated.

DAILY DOOM ANTIDOTE:
Why 2012 is not 2008 for Democrats
by Kevin DuJan, Hillbuzz, October 5, 2012
Let’s spend some time today to get to the root of why 2012 is not anything like 2008 for Democrats; this really cuts to the heart of why Barack Obama will lose to Mitt Romney in a few weeks…
I love anecdotal evidence that we collect here at HB because I think it paints a fuller picture of what’s happening…
A personal observation of mine has been that Obama-loving trolls have become virtually extinct on the Internet this year
… I’ve noticed that even on sites that are not moderated the trolls have completely vanished.
Great examples of this can be found on entertainment sites.
I enjoy monitoring People.com and EW.com for any articles remotely related to politics… In 2012, it’s now rare to see anyone say nice things about Obama and the people who express disappointment in him or say they are voting for Romney are not maligned very much, if at all.
In 2008, the fear of being called a “racist” for not voting for Obama was incredibly strong… In 2012… the accusation of “racist!” has lost all its power.
… When Obama’s loss is examined by historians many years from now I think it will be clear that constantly accusing people who didn’t support him of being racist was a foolish strategic move on Obama’s part since it completely burned away any residual white guilt he could have benefitted from in 2012.
… All that’s gone now…and along with it the fear a lot of people had about speaking the truth about the ills of the black community.
… the 2008 election was a fluke and a fad…
There is no similar “must vote for Obama” fad here in 2012.
… Americans wanted to prove they weren’t racist and elect a black president… Republicans nominated a grotesque, goblin-like very old man… and Obama was something new and shiny in a country where new and shiny lends itself to fads…
Barack Obama fit the bill of a black candidate that didn’t come across like a nasty Jesse Jackson or Al Sharpton race-baiter (though he really was like them… Democrats don’t understand that people have moved on. Minitrue doesn’t understand that voters have moved forward and don’t want to resample the old, stale kool-aid they may have loved so much just four years ago.
Barack Obama was a disappointment to many and embarrasses a lot of his old voters in the way people who hoarded Beanie Babies or fought tooth and nail for Cabbage Patch Kids back in the day…
Those of us who were immune to the fad don’t understand what people ever saw in Obama any more than we “get” what girls loved about the New Kids or ‘NSync back in their days…
But there’s just no denying that whatever propelled Obama into the White House last time is just not present here in 2012.

(Nihilisme [niilism]
nihilisme nom commun – masculin ( nihilismes )

« amanitejade » => excellent
A sergio
