Julius Caesar’s play at Delacorte theater in Central Park is reviving Shakespeare but not in the way, it should do it.

You just don’t get it!

You do not have skills, expertise, background, or education to understand the sublime play of Oscar Eustis. It is the condescending answer of sophisticated liberals to concerned republicans blaming the assassination of Donald Trump on stage.

Jessee Green who reviewed his play for the New York Times, wrote, “Naturally, some right-wing commenters are revving up their outrage over what they assume is an incitement to violence against the president. Even a cursory reading of the play, the kind that many American teenagers give it in high school, is enough to show that it does not advocate assassination.” (1) If it were true. …

James Hodgkinson, a die-hard supporter of Senator Bernie Sanders, shot Republican representative Steve Scalise, and four other people at Alexandria’s baseball field. But mainstream media rejects that his crime was motivated by the prevalent hate against President Donald Trump. “It was a volatile home life in Illinois. He was abusive toward his foster children, etc, etc. ...” In fact, Hodgkinson was, in many ways, just another progressive since liberals prefer to name themselves progressives after their defeat.

As Democrats didn’t accept President Trump’s legitimacy after their pointless campaign against the electoral college vote, the vain recount in three key battleground states, and their harassment against grand electors, they blamed a Russian collusion for Clinton’s defeat. I wrote an article regarding these vain attempts to overturn the election on January 12th. Five months of unceasing fake news by mainstream media did not unravel that mystery. From Europe, America looks like a giant madhouse.

In his long-awaited testimony before the Congress, former FBI director James Comey denied any link between Trump campaign team and Russia. On the other hand, he confessed that former Attorney General Loretta Lynch had distorted the investigation that his team was leading on Hillary Clinton’s email server while saying it was just a matter, which confused Comey, and made him queasy. For those who are skeptical after countless fake news, watch the exchange between Senator James Lankford and James Comey, which has been reported by your favorite television CNN aka Clinton News Network. Jessee Green wrote that Oskar Eustis had scheduled Julius Caesar as the first of this summer’s Delacorte productions on election night. However, mainstream media pretends that Eustis has no political agenda. Who are they kidding?

Every action has a consequence

Sophisticated liberals do not accept that their actions can spark murder, or worse a civil war. (3) Who can be sure that a play advocating the assassination of president Trump will not be followed by a real attempt from a disturbed person in the audience?

Disturbed is the catchword or euphemism from political correctness when describing a crime committed in the name of Allahu Akbar (Allah is the greatest). Fanatic and radical Islam are banned from Obama’s vocabulary because it would incriminate a religion that is promoting peace and love around the world. Therefore, any murderer in Europe is sent right away to an asylum. But we need to build thousands of asylums to treat those patients running in the streets with an axe, a knife, or a hammer, or running over pedestrians with cars or trucks.

Those tragic deaths are the consequence of not naming our public enemy number one

But our pathetic leaders, including Angela Merkel and former French president François  Hollande, dared to say that we should cope with this new life of terror, and the sharia law in suburban areas. Western Europe is back to the dark year of 1936 in Munich when Prime Ministers Neville Chamberlain and Edouard Daladier signed an agreement with Chancellor Adolph Hitler permitting Nazi Germany’s annexation of portion of Czechoslovakia inhabited by German minorities.

In philosophy, people are moral agents who have the capability to reflect upon their situation, to form intentions about how will they act, and then to carry out the action. Therefore, an action is a free will act based on these considerations.

Not anymore for metaphysical libertarians who object that if causal determinism were true of human action, people would not have free will. Understand who will. The French philosopher Jean-Paul Sartre (1905-1980) suggested that people, sometimes, avoid incrimination and responsibility by hiding behind determinism.

A lawyer defending his client is pleading determinism while invoking his insanity to a jury. My client has no choice other than to murder! In Fritz Lang’s cult film M (Mörder) released in 1931, Peter Lorre plays a child-murderer. In front of people who want to judge and condemn him swiftly to death penalty in the basement of a building, he pleads his malevolent nature who forces him to strangle young girls.

The insanity defense diminishes responsibility in the legal system of western countries. Sartre added, we are always ready to take refuge in a belief of determinism if free will weights upon us or if we need an excuse.

One of the attributes defined for a psychopath is the failure to accept responsibility for his actions

In view of the hysteric witch-hunt, which started on election night, we can consider that many democrats are suffering from mental disorders. Let it be Reality Leigh Winner -a contractor to the NSA who leaked classified documents to “resist” President Trump- or comedian Kathie Griffin defending her parody of Trump’s sexual assault while holding his bloody head like an ISIS executioner, or singer Madonna who wanted to bomb the White House, the list is long of people and celebrities who do not accept responsibility for their actions.

Dictatorship on American campus

Julius Caesar was in the old days a staple of high school classes but not anymore. The American Council of Trustees and Alumni (ACTA), a nonprofit academic watchdog for traditional education standards, found that only four of the 52 highest ranked universities and colleges have a Shakespeare requirement. Nowadays, the emphasis is on race, class, gender, and sexuality. Left-wing activists decide who is allowed to teach on Californian campus. Woe betide a professor suspected of conservative bias!

For the release of my book on Amazon on March 27, I wrote that ominous statement.

Beyond the contested personality of the two candidates, the 2016 presidential election opposed two irreconcilable Americas. The old one, mostly white and conservative, does not want to die; and the new one, mostly colored and liberal, does not accept her defeat. All the ingredients for a new civil war are out there.

I would prefer to be wrong but the chain of events seems unstoppable.
